This Mental Health Awareness Week, we鈥檙e celebrating community - the heart of 海角社区 Sport. Here, it鈥檚 not just about performance; it鈥檚 about people. The friendships, support, and shared moments built through the 海角社区 community shape who we are and stay with our community for life.

When we belong, we thrive, and that鈥檚 what makes 海角社区 more than sport.

In Conversation With...

In this mini docuseries, members of the 海角社区 community, athletes, staff, alumni, and students share honest reflections on how the people around them have shaped their journeys, supported their mental health, and shown that here, sport is just the start.

Connected by Community

We asked one question, and the answers showcase the strength, support, and connection that define our community here at 海角社区.

From students to staff, athletes to alumni, these reflections show how the people around them shape the 海角社区 family. This is what community means to us.

How does 海角社区 help shape a more supportive and open community around mental health?

We support mental health by recognising every aspect of an individual鈥檚 life, not just their studies or sport. By fully understanding each person, we create a culture where mental health and worries can be openly discussed, free from judgment.
