The Queer Experience in Mathematics

About this event

This workshop is designed to bring together LGBTQ+-identifying mathematicians in the UK, with a particular focus on those in the early stages of their careers. It’s an opportunity for you to connect with others in the community, gain inspiration, and find avenues for support and mentoring.

Throughout the event, you’ll have the chance to discuss what you see as the key priorities for support resources, policy changes, and other needs within the community. Your insights will be gathered by the organisers and compiled into a final report, which will be shared with all participants. This report will also help shape future activities of the QED Maths Network.
