Health and Wellbeing Support
There are a range of services available at the University which can help if you feel that you would benefit from some additional support.
Disability, health, and wellbeing support
Reasonable adjustments
We recognise that some students require extra preparation and consideration for their examinations to support demonstrating their true academic potential. If you feel your physical or mental health, or neurodiversity, is or is likely to impact your examinations, please to see Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity (SWAI) to explore whether reasonable adjustments can be arranged for you.
There are deadlines throughout the academic year by which adjustments need to have been approved; you can find these in the Student Handbook.
If you have adjustments in place already, it is important you check these and email studentinclusion@lboro.ac.uk immediately if they are not what you were expecting.
Wellbeing support
There is information available online on how to manage stress and anxiety, as well as advice on how to improve your revision and exam skills.
You can also check out and book your place on a range of upcoming Wellbeing workshops and drop-in sessions, which cover the following topics:

- Lifting Mood and Motivation
- Managing Anxiety
