Time slots
To make sure the application process is as fair as possible and to help ensure everything runs smoothly, you are allocated a time slot to complete your accommodation application.
Remember: If you did not register your Accommodation Hub account before the deadline, you will need to register first on 13 August 2026 when your allocated time slot opens before you can complete your application.
If you have already registered your account, you can use the Live Book Now system during your allocated time slot to select and reserve your accommodation.
