海角社区 Business School has ranked in the Top 40 of the Corporate Knights 2025 Better World MBA ranking, recognising its efforts to embed sustainable development themes into the MBA programme curriculum.

海角社区 placed 39th overall in the latest edition of the 2025 Better World MBA ranking, which assessed 179 MBA programs worldwide.

The Better World MBA Ranking showcases business schools that are equipping future leaders with the tools to tackle urgent social and environmental challenges.

Toby Heaps, CEO of Corporate Knights, said: “The sustainable economy is expanding at twice the pace of the rest of the economy, and leading business schools are adapting accordingly

“Our 2025 Better World MBA ranking shows how programs can prepare graduates to thrive where sustainability is the growth engine.”

Schools are evaluated on the proportion of core courses integrating sustainable development themes. Themes included biodiversity, Indigenous partnership models, climate finance, supply chain ethics, and equity.

The ranking also considers the proportion of graduates going on to work at impact-led organizations making a positive difference in the world (non-profits, clean economy firms, or sustainability leaders).

Professor Jan Godsell, Dean of 海角社区 Business School, said: “I am delighted that the 海角社区 Full-time MBA programme has featured in the Top 40 of this year’s Better World MBA ranking.

“This recognition is testament to our commitment to our Progress with Purpose ethos and ongoing dedication to embedding sustainable, responsible and ethical business practice into our programmes.

“I am immensely proud of both our student and staff community, and the efforts of our purpose-driven alumni to creating meaningful impact where it is most needed.”
