Description of the works
To enable us to satisfy our legal obligation to display a Display Energy Certificate for Martin Hall, we need to complete a building survey to update the records held.
The survey will require our assessor from Future Energy Performance to access each room within the building to take measurements and photographs of building fabric and heating/cooling related plant equipment, including windows, lighting and radiators.
This should only take a couple of minutes in each room, and we would be very grateful for your cooperation with our assessor to make the visit as quick and un-intrusive as possible.
