Pool room booking request form introduced

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the is now available for staff members to book . This online form is designed to streamline the booking process for standard room requests, making it easier for the team to check availability and confirm the booking.

Please note: for more complex bookings, such as University-wide events, Open Days and Graduation, requests should continue to be sent to the rooms inbox. These types of events require additional planning and coordination.
